JOBs

This time, i wrote about JOBs! yes... JOBs! now i had safe and steady job, but not made me "over wealth" ones, just ordinary job with ordinary salary. nowdays i kept thinking about searching my passion, because everyday i become losing patience about my job (10 month running and counting).

Maybe its just about a young men searching for fresh blood, or searching his passion!
Your jobs maybe gave you the passion being a working human, not a robot. But now i searching about job which can make me more creative and the job must be a "open & free library" type.

Job should have a clear vision, good working habit, good people around you, and good money. But almost company forget about feeding their troops, its not always about the money! education, good leadership, working atmosphere, hot issue about the company... they forget it all!

The company just remember about high profit, but they forgot about the "nature of law" :


"high return, high risk"


they are gambling the company!

human resources, product and service quality, loyalty and many more... its being risked with the high profit, which the company wants, and they don't knew its dangerous. If you want to survive in competitive industry, you should start to honest with me and the other me (workers)

maybe... i must take my own path to get more passion... new perspective, new method, which can improve my professionalism, keep pushing me forward, and growing every time.
