Being a scientist, that is mean we born not to lead, but only to doing something theory based work. How many people just like me to be trained being a science manager in University? being a scientist, we know the answer.
Being a scientist, who can earned top cash, we must hanging in the middle up area management, who not only doing some practical job, but also making decision, problem solving, managing team, create concept, and also, we cannot simplify the technical thing too.
And the answer, where do the scientist learn how to be a managers?
most of top scientist who had great managing ability, learn how to handle the team only with hours of working experiences, less of them started to learn managerial ability at first level in her/his career. There is another reason, why scientist can't be a manager. There is a barrier which a born and raised scientist had : "idealism" and sometimes it can killed the "open minded" ability which in the managerial level we should have, killed.
